📌 Status Inquiry Instructions for the “Equipment Supplementary Explanation Form” and “Application Form for Changes to Approved Expenditure Items”

Date Received : Refers to the date on which the application form is received by the Higher Education Sprout Project Office. If no results are found, it indicates that the Office has not yet received the form.
Approval Date : The date the application form is approved by the Office after review.
Collection Method : Applicants are requested to visit the Office after the approval date and present the Form Number to collect the relevant materials.
