How do we operate?
Office of Sustainability and Strategic Development supports NCKU in responding to educational trends, social needs, and policy changes by aligning goals with data. It leads strategic planning, provides timely advice, and helps departments set action plans and performance goals—strengthening campus operations and highlighting NCKU’s impact.
