Administrative Student Assistant (Part-Time)
Work Location
Project Integration Division Office, Office of Sustainability and Strategic Development(7F, East Wing, Yun-Ping Building)
Job Responsibilities
Assist with the organization of Chinese and English documents; basic aesthetic and visual design awareness is required.
Perform general administrative and clerical tasks, including document processing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.
Provide support for events and related activities, which may require on-campus mobility and attendance.
Complete other duties as assigned on a temporary or ad hoc basis.
Work Schedule
Starting from March 1, 2026, monthly working hours will be approximately 60–80 hours, depending on the shift arrangement.
Weekday shifts are scheduled from Monday to Friday:08:00–12:00 / 13:00–17:00
Actual working hours are negotiable. Applicants available for long-term employment will be given priority.
Salary
Hourly wage: NTD 200 per hour, paid based on actual working hours(An increase may be considered for outstanding performance.)
Requirements
Currently enrolled master’s degree students at National Cheng Kung University.
Strong communication skills, with high sensitivity to visual aesthetics and written expression.
Proficiency in office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Basic ability to use design tools such as Canva or Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
Applicants who are currently employed as student assistants, temporary staff, or part-time service-based assistants in other university units are not eligible for concurrent employment.
