Designed exclusively for NCKU students, NCKU FUTURE SUCCESS+ is a personalized academic and career planning platform. It aligns students’ university experiences with their future career goals. The system integrates mobile and desktop interfaces, KUAP (NCKU Announcement Platform), and interactive learning portfolios to comprehensively showcase students’ campus life, activities, course selections, and learning records throughout their studies. Key features include UCAN (University Career and Competency Assessment Network) competency radar analysis, activity participation records, personal statement editing, and one-click résumé generation. These empower students to understand their strengths better and present themselves professionally. 

Additionally, the platform recommends on-campus activities tailored to individual competencies and provides real-time access to job openings and internship opportunities. 

Students can filter positions by job category and access a dedicated recruitment portal developed in collaboration with 104 Job Bank, one of Taiwan’s leading employment platforms. Through four streamlined steps—job search, AI-powered résumé generation, alumni résumé consultation, and résumé submission—NCKU FUTURE SUCCESS+ effectively supports students in securing internships and full-time positions. The platform offers a convenient one-stop service and remains available and remains available to students even after graduation

Since its launch in February 2024, the NCKU FUTURE SUCCESS+ system has reached a milestone of 18,931 users. To promote the system's English interface and showcase its service capabilities, NCKU invited Malaysian alumnus Ling, who currently works at 104 Job Bank, to share his insights. Drawing from his valuable personal experiences studying, interning, and building a career in Taiwan, Ling demonstrated how the convenient features of NCKU FUTURE SUCCESS+ can be used to effectively plan and achieve goals related to internships and employment in Taiwan. The platform’s core functions—including one-click resume generation, UCAN competency analysis, and the exclusive NCKU job zone in partnership with 104 Job Bank—received significant attention and positive feedback from the participating international students.

NCKU Honored with MOE Award for Career Guidance Excellence

NCKU has been awarded the Bronze Award in the 2025 Ministry of Education Youth Development Administration’s Career Guidance Achievement Evaluation for Colleges and Universities, recognizing the University’s outstanding accomplishments in innovative career education.

Through proactive cross-disciplinary integration, NCKU’s Career Consultant Division connects administrative units, academic resources, and industry partners to build a comprehensive career guidance ecosystem. Centered on student needs, the University developed NCKU FUTURE SUCCESS+, the nation’s first platform to integrate campus environments with digital learning and career-planning technologies, enabling students to design personalized career blueprints.
